The best way to get into this industry is to surround yourself with it. Seek out a professional and reputable studio that offers high quality precision work with only the best jewelry and become a client. Once you become a regular you can establish a relationship with them and ask about it, an apprenticeship isn’t something that comes easy, it takes hard work and persistence so don’t be disheartened if it doesn’t come immediately. One thing I’d really like to add that is VERY important is that when you inquire about an apprenticeship is that you don’t do it online, that shows no genuine interest like showing up and asking/talking in person. As it is said in Buddhism, “Constant dripping wears away the stone.” so with enough patients and enough persistence you’ll find what you’re looking for. Hope this helps, if you have any other questions I’d be happy to answer them. :)
